Books to help him start honing a general mastery of new arts (simple transfiguration, potions, etc) are going to appear at the foot of his bed in a new chest, along with a wizard's staff to help him channel those abilities.
Feat: Helping heal rabid fairies Reward: Stiles will receive a note with directions down into the depths of the castle. There, he will find a fully-stocked medieval apothecary (magically warded) has been assigned to him and his name engraved on the door. If you'd like to handwave what some of the ingredients are (magical or poisonous, healing etc) that's absolutely fine.
He will also find on one of the stools within the apothecary a fancy wizard's cloak. However this looks is left up to you!
Feat: Helping combat Lawkamercymes w/holographic dogs Reward: Stiles receives a pair of books delivered by fairies close to these specifications; they can function as a private network of sorts, without the lockets, but rather than showing a whole book, they may only transport a single chapter. The spell to accomplish this is laborious and energy-sapping.
Feat: Fighting to get the moon back up into the sky Reward: Mirror-travel! Stiles will be able to travel instantaneously between mirrors he specifically enchants with a small spell. These mirrors will be easy to identify, as they'll reflect a small glowing sigil.
Feat: Kill the evil doggies Reward: Stiles will be given a ring, carven out of the material of his old staff! It will allow him to cast spells in the same way.
